John & Cindy Farrell – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Amanda Bucco, exceptional office administrator and marketing coordinator. We are pleased to introduce you to one of the newest and welcome additions to our Beverly Coldwell Banker office. Amanda started working for Coldwell Banker in the fall of 2012. She does a amazing job and brings a diversity of skills that support our marketing and the details of the office.
What does your work include at Coldwell Banker? “My work for Beverly Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage includes marketing our listings and our agents. My goal is to offer maximum exposure for them to build their business and provide them with tools they need when they are with their clients. There is a wide range of print media that is a focus for our office, both in newspapers and also in some magazines. I am responsible for coordiniating the ads for our office and a few others and then creating it, where it will then be used in many local outlets. Along with the print media, I have been working to develop our image with social media.”
What was your work before Coldwell Banker? “Previously, I worked for Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail in Boston, where I was the Customer Service/ Marketing Specialist. There I was responsible for customer satisfaction and also branding the image of the commuter rail. I developed the company standard of having purple lines across all marketing pieces that varied from surveys, schedule, posters and more!”
What would you like clients to to know about you? “I am passionate about the work that I display. I strive on seeing a task completed and also ensuring that it is done with perfection with every detail addressed. I have always had a creative mind and it helps with developing new marketing ideas.”
What is your passion? “My passion is towards the fine arts. I studied advertising/business marketing in college and it allowed me to see how I can bring my own creative talents into a successful career. Because of this passion, I have been an active volunteer in the art community. For the past 7 years, I have been the Fine Art Department Chairman at the Topsfield Fair. This has allowed me to interact with professional artists in the area and encourage amateur artists to start engaging more in their work. I am an accredited photographer and have been published in a few publications, so as you can imagine….I am all about the art!”
There is a lot of work, many details and diverse areas of expertise that are needed with real estate sales and marketing. It takes a team of people and a strong organization to be effective and efficient and provide excellent service and value to our clients.
