Today our Coldwell Banker Beverly office held our weekly sales meeting at the office of North Shore Community Development Coalition. Anne Webster our office manager presented them with a check raised through Coldwell Banker Cares, our charitable organization that supports housing related causes. Employees and agents voluntarily donate a portion of their earnings to help contribute annually to over 50 non-profit organizations.
We were given information about their latest projects as well as the organization and the broad work that they are involved with. We then took a walk through the Point neighborhood in Salem and toured a property of 77 units that they are currently renovating one unit at a time. This building is already home to many people.
We were told that this neighborhood will be listed on the National Register as a National Historic District. Check out and support the impressive work the NSCDC does on the North Shore.
