I was John's very first customer when he started as an agent! He endeared himself to me because he was so honest and so good about answering every question I had, no matter how big or small. He'll be diplomatic, but he won't tell you something that isn't true just to make you feel good. In that way I feel he has always helped me buy and sell realistically.
